Katrina Kaif Biography
Kartina
was born and brought up in London to an NRI Father and a British
Mother. Her father is originally from Kashmir. When she was doing
modeling in London, she came to the notice of filmmaker Kaizad Gustad
and snapped an important role in his film ‘Boom’.
Katrina then decided to take acting as her full-fledged career and shifted her base to Mumbai.
With her gorgeous face and hourglass figure, Katrina was flooded with modeling assignments in Mumbai.
However,
filmmakers were hesitant to sign her because of her linguistic
shortcomings. She was even signed for Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Saaya’ but later
dropped from the project due to her poor Hindi.
